What excuses have been indulging?
A few years ago, I thought having a healthy and fit body was impossible. That only people with good genetics can achieve those healthy body and only people like them can lose weight easily. I was green with envy and always having this feeling of “How God / Universe is unfair towards me”.
Soon after I got my first iPhone back in 2012, that was when I had easy access to Instagram, and Facebook. I started following some motivational and fitness pages on Instagram and I was amazed and shocked at the same time that these men and women did not just got into this level of fitness and body overnight, or purely based on their good genetics and metabolism. But instead, from their post, I saw that they have high level of dedication!
What I saw from these fit people at gym, or on the Instagram were that they are highly disciplined. When it came dowb to their body and health, they do not have any excuses. They workout, eat healthily and in general put 100% effort towards maintaining their body.
So, I tried 21 day fix and followed the program religiously. And here are my real results when I lost all my excuses of why “I can’t” to “yes, I can!” attitude.
